WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CAN I RETURN MY GOODS:

Yes, if you need to return an item please get in touch with us at artizanhighlandersltd@gmail.com and we will be able to assist you.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be in sellable condition and returned at your OWN Cost. When the return is approved by us,we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will NOT be credited. Goods must be returned in the original packaging or if not available protective packaging must be used.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes we can arrange for International Shipping with appropriate costs (we will advise when you're order is placed)

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY:

Shipping costs vary depending on your location, weight and number of boxes required to ship your goods.

Our dispatch time can be 3-5 working days, however, this could be longer as every batch is unique and individually hand poured .

We don't dispatch on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Damaged Goods Policy

WHAT IF MY GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED:

Good damaged in Transit. We will attempt whenever possible to replace broken items in the case of glass which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a replacement with a future order or provide a refund instead.

ARE YOU A SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS

Yes. We must be able to run our business without putting people or the planet at risk. Our wax/ingredients are sourced responsibly to avoid any damage to the environment. We stock Glass Tumblers and candle containers that can be both recycled and reused. We use recycled packaging whenever possible.

We are a living wage business and only use suppliers who have the same moral code.
